1899 Document fragment with 4 U.S. Revenue Stamp and Signatures

Also has the Notarial Seal of Cuyahoga County, Ohio.

An interesting document fragment, dated August 1st, 1899 with Internal Revenue stamps and signatures.

The signers of this document are identified as follows: Charles J. Lowrie, Janette A. Lowrie, Henry C. Lowrie and Ellen B. Lowrie as officers of this note... along with Ermma Warnock as a witness and James F. Thomas as a Notary Public.

The stamps are 2 attached block pairs of 25 cent Documentary stamps with battleships.

Measuring appx. 8 1/2" Wide by 7" Tall.

Condition is Very Good / Excellent, with no major rips or tears, no holes, no foxing, no stains, no modern writing, the back is blank. Please note the paper has a terrific watermark too.
