1902 Chester England Post Card with U.S. Postage Due Stamp
Mailed to New Bedford, Massachusetts - October 2, 1902
Postcard features the Water Tower of Chester England. Mailed to the USA without a stamp. Once it arrived in Boston (nearly two weeks later) it received a 2 cent Postage Due Stamp (issued in the mid 1890s). Has both Chester and Boston cancellations. Condition is Good with some minor damage to the card, some minor soiling, see scans. The stamp is the focal point of this card, it could be a $40-55 stamp (it's difficult for me to identify.)
