1866 Legal Document with 5¢ Tax Revenue Stamp

Original 1866 document outlining the terms of the assignment of a certain bond and mortgage eecuted by Frederick Leach + wife. The document is signed, then X'ed out over the signature. There is a five cent U.S. Inter. Revenue Certificate Tax Stamp attached to the bottom left.

Measures appx. 8" wide by nearly 8" tall. Condition is Very Good, with some folds, no rips, no tears, no modern writing, no stains.
