Illustrated commemorative postal cover featuring Bre'r Groundhog (more commonly known as Punxsutawney Phil). The postage stamp is a purple United States George Washington three-cent stamp, with a Punxsutawney, PA cancellation. There is a 1932 Christmas Seal on the back as well.
Condition is Good/Very Good, with minor age discoloration and a few spots on the back (where this was likely mounted into an album at one point), no writing, no folds, no rips, cover was never opened and appears to be empty inside.
